Complete Enrollment Services

EBS will provide a “one stop shop” providing Complete Enrollment Services until the enrollment process for your new employees is complete.  It’s as simple as contacting EBS by phone, email or fax with new employee information and we take it from there.  We walk employees through the plan election process, answer questions and send coverage confirmations to the employee’s home and a copy to the employer when the enrollment process has been completed.  The confirmation will include the employee’s plan elections, group numbers, Plan ID numbers, cost per payroll period, covered family members and coverage effective date.   Any ongoing enrollment or general plan questions or issues are addressed by EBS without interfering with ongoing HR functions. The most efficient and cost effective way to administer your benefit plans and protect employee privacy.
